Questions we always get
Do I need to already have a Rewst subscription?
Yes. MSPAutomate is designed for MSPs who already have a Rewst organisation. If you do not yet have Rewst, contact us and we can advise on the best path forward.
What is the difference between the $250 and $1,000 rates?
$250/month is our promotional launch rate. Customers who subscribe at this rate have it locked for the life of their active subscription — it will never increase as long as you remain subscribed. The standard published rate is $1,000/month. There is no difference in service.
What happens to my workflows if I cancel?
Every workflow we build lives in your Rewst organisation. If you cancel, the workflows stay in your org and continue to run. Monitoring and maintenance ceases at the end of the 30-day notice period. You keep everything.
What counts as one workflow?
One trigger and all downstream actions connected to it. A full user onboarding flow — form submission, M365 user creation, licence assignment, RMM enrolment, PSA ticket creation — is one workflow. Adding steps to an existing workflow is maintenance, included at no extra charge.
What if I don't have requirements ready in time?
If requirements aren't confirmed by the 5th of the month, your build slot is redirected to improvements across your existing workflow library. You receive full engineering value that month.
Do you own the workflows you build for us?
No. The workflow configuration in your Rewst org is your property. Offshore IT retains the underlying design methodology and logic patterns. Your specific configuration belongs entirely to you.
What about Rewst task execution costs?
The subscription includes 60,000 Rewst task executions per month. We notify you at 80% of the allowance. Overages pass through at Rewst's published rate with no markup. Your monthly health report includes a full breakdown.
